Journal of International Cooperation (JIC) only publishes original and novel research that is of high scientific quality. The JIC is divided into five categories: Agriculture and Fishery (AF); Business and Management (BM); Engineering and Science (ES); Public Health and Medicine (PM); and Others (OT). Before submission of manuscripts, authors must carefully read “Submission Guidelines” and follow all the manuscript arrangement and formatting requirements of JIC. After submission of manuscript you will be notified by an E-mail “Reception of Manuscript”. JIC Associate Editors will do a preliminary review of the manuscript. The first review will focus on the format and correctness of use of English. If the manuscript passes the first review, it will be submitted to two related field reviewers. Once the reviewers have finished revising the manuscript, you will be informed about any corrections to be made with an acceptance letter. However, if the manuscript does not fulfill JIC standards, you will be informed with a rejection letter.
It is the author's responsibility to ensure that papers are written in clear and comprehensible English. Authors whose native language is not English are advised to have their manuscripts checked by an English-speaking colleague prior to submission.
Submission of a paper implies that it has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher.
